We had a passion to create a mattress that provided the best sleep possible, make the mattress buying process simple and painless and sell at a fraction of the price you would normally pay. We are an online-only mattress retail company with a laser focus on leveraging leading-edge foam technology to correct or minimize the factors that lead to poor sleep.

We do not have any store locations or showrooms. Since we only sale online direct from the factory we're able to avoid a tremendous amount overhead and pass that savings on to you.

Yes! That is yet another great feature of the Zotto. The cover can be removed and carefully washed (please follow exact washing instructions). If your Zotto cover ever gets stained beyond cleaning, torn or you want to give your mattress away, you can purchase another cover from us.

Standard bed sheets will work perfectly fine. In case you were wondering the Zotto is 10” thick.

At this time we only ship within the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii). We have big plans however and we hope to one-day take Zotto around the world.

Since we have no way to remove your old mattress, we suggest calling your local churches, the Salvation Army or homeless shelters. If the mattress is not overly worn or stained they will take it from you. If you cannot donate it, check with your trash company to see if they will pick it up. If you are still having trouble, feel free to give us a call or email us and we will be happy to assist.

At this time we do not sell anything other than the mattress. But, just to let you know, the Zotto mattress is designed to work with any firm, flat surface. We recommend a flat platform, slats (3" apart or closer), or box springs for best results. We do not recommend putting your Zotto directly on the floor for an extended period of time.

No need to save the box. We suggest recycling it, unless you want to use it for target practice or to hide from your friends. If you have kids, they may play with it for hours!

The Zotto mattress does not contain latex. If you are experiencing a reaction, first consult your physician then give us a call. There is very little chance this could happen, since our mattress does not come into contact with latex.

Sure, a heating pad used properly will not damage your Zotto mattress.

The Zotto is four layers of true bliss, and they are arranged in the following order, starting from the top:

Comfort Layer (2.5"): Zotto's Comfort layer consists of copper- and gel-infused memory foam (CopperPhase Gel™) which delivers superior comfort, relief from aches and pains and amazing mattress temperature capability that keeps your body skin at the optimal sleep temperature (between 87 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit). Support Layer (2"): Our Support layer provides pressure relief, and proper spine alignment for healthy sleep posture through the night, particularly for side sleepers. Pressure relief and temperature regulation is simultaneously accomplished through our use of CoolFlow™ technology, which is a slow-recovery memory foam that improves airflow by up to 95%, when compared to traditional memory foams. Transition Layer (1.5"): Our Transition layer sets us apart from nearly all other memory foam mattresses. It provides an additional layer of support between the top layers and the base, delivering a smooth progression of support. The Zotto incorporates transition foam that mimics the properties of latex to prevent mattress sagging and bottoming out on the Base layer. At the same time, it provides “localized” bounce to minimize movements that may disturb or wake your sleeping partner. Most other mattress companies skip this step. Zotto doesn’t. Base Layer (4"): Made from high-density base foam, the Zotto's Base layer provides strength and structural support to ensure that each of the upper layers can perform their specific roles. Simply put, we’ve built the Zotto mattress to last!

It’s magic! Well not really...The Zotto is compressed, sealed and rolled using a very expensive and specialized piece of equipment. After assembly of the foam layers and Zotto cover, the mattress is place into the compressing machine where the "magic" happens. Once inside, pressure is applied slowly and evenly from the top and the sides. After it is compressed, air is removed and the mattress is sealed airtight. For the final step, the Zotto is rolled up and placed into the Zotto's fortified shipping box.

This will not take long at all. In most cases, the Zotto will return to its correct size within 2-5 minutes. At that point, it is ready for use.

There will be very little odor if any, outside of a new mattress smell. If you do experience any odor it will dissipate quickly.

This is definitely a popular and important question! We like to say what ever you choose to do on a Zotto, it will most likely be better than before.

It's simple...Once you receive your mattress, we ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 nights. This will give your body time to acclimate. If after 30 nights you are not satisfied with your Zotto, simply email our customer service department, and we will make arrangements for it to be picked up. Once it's picked up, simply email us your donation receipt and we'll process your complete refund.

We will make arrangements with a local charity to pick up your mattress, just be sure to obtain the receipt from them to send to us to process your refund.

Your Zotto was technologically designed to prevent sinking or sagging. How do we do this? We use high quality memory foam plus a "secret weapon" - Energex™ transition foam infused into our Transition layer.

Yes it is. Though it is not fireproof, each Zotto mattress core is fitted with a fire retardant "sock" that is designed to suffocate a fire from the oxygen it needs to burn.

We think it’s the most comfortable mattress in the world! (But of course we’re biased!) We designed and manufacture the Zotto mattress to feel “just right” to an overwhelming majority of sleepers. A very small segment of sleepers prefer a soft mattress while still fewer enjoy a very firm mattress. If you fit into one of these categories, the Zotto may not be for you.

The Transition layer of the Zotto localizes movement, creating separate sleep zones for you and your partner. If your partner tends to toss and turn throughout the night, any disturbance to you is minimized. That makes for more restful sleep and a happier relationship with your significant other!
